Innaide Pre-Order Terms

These Pre-Order Terms apply when you reserve a Product through the pre-order process on innaide.in or innaide.com. They form part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Refund, Return & Replacement Policy and Disclaimer. Where these Pre-Order Terms differ from our Terms of Service in relation to a pre-order, these Pre-Order Terms apply to that pre-order.

1. Who we are

In these Pre-Order Terms, a business day means a day other than a Sunday or a gazetted holiday applicable in Delhi, India.

2. What a pre-order is

A pre-order allows you to reserve a Product before it is available for dispatch, by paying a token amount in advance.

Paying the token amount does not by itself constitute acceptance of your pre-order. As set out in our Terms of Service, your pre-order is accepted only when we confirm it and issue you an order number. Until then, we may decline the pre-order and refund any amount you have paid.

A pre-order is not a guarantee of a delivery date. It is a reservation against an expected availability window, and that window is an estimate.

3. Current pre-order cycle: Innaide Lift Smart Shorts

The token amount may vary depending on the Product and the pre-order cycle. For the current Innaide Lift Smart Shorts pre-order cycle (the "Smart Shorts"):

The amounts above apply to the current pre-order cycle for the Innaide Lift Smart Shorts. The token amount, pre-order price and balance for any future Product or pre-order cycle will be stated at the time of that pre-order.

4. Expected availability

The Innaide Lift Smart Shorts are currently expected to be ready for dispatch in January 2027.

This is an estimated timeline and not a guaranteed delivery date. Availability may be affected by manufacturing, supply chain, quality assurance, regulatory, logistics and other factors. If the timeline changes materially, we will inform you, and Section 9 (where we are unable to fulfil a pre-order) may apply.

5. Completing your purchase: the balance payment

When the Product is ready for dispatch:

1. We will contact you by phone on the number registered on your account, to confirm your order and request the remaining balance. We will attempt to reach you by phone up to three times over a period of five days. If we are unable to reach you within that period, we will write to you at the email address registered on your account.
2. You have 7 days to complete the remaining payment. That period runs from the date we speak to you by phone or, if we were unable to reach you by phone after three attempts over five days, from the date we send the email described above.
3. Once we receive the remaining payment, we will ship the Product within 7 business days.
4. After dispatch, the estimated delivery period in our Shipping Policy (up to 7 business days after dispatch) applies.

It is your responsibility to keep the phone number, email address and delivery address on your account accurate and current until your pre-order has been fulfilled. Please update your account or write to info@innaide.com if any of these details change. If we are unable to reach you on either the phone number or the email address registered on your account, and the 7-day period passes without payment, Section 6 applies: the pre-order is cancelled and the token is refunded to you.

6. If you do not complete the balance payment in time

If you do not complete the remaining payment within the 7-day period described in Section 5:

• your pre-order is automatically cancelled; and
• the pre-order token (₹499 for the current Smart Shorts cycle) is refunded to you.

Refunds are processed as described in Section 8 and in our Refund, Return & Replacement Policy. You are free to place a new order later, subject to availability and the pricing then applicable.

7. Cancelling your pre-order and refund of the token

Before dispatch. Your pre-order token is refundable at any time before dispatch. To cancel, email info@innaide.com from your registered email address with your order number and a request to cancel. For the current Smart Shorts cycle, this means the ₹499 token is refundable at any time before the Product is dispatched. If you have also paid the balance and the Product has not yet been dispatched, we will refund the amounts you have actually paid.

After dispatch. Once the Product has been dispatched, the pre-order token is no longer refundable as a cancellation right under these Pre-Order Terms, subject to applicable mandatory law.

This does not take away the rights you have once the Product is delivered. After delivery, our Refund, Return & Replacement Policy applies in full, including change-of-mind returns requested within 72 hours of delivery (where the Product has not been worn or used), damaged or wrong Products, manufacturing defect claims within 30 days of delivery, and the applicable warranty.

Where a change-of-mind return is approved for a pre-ordered Product, we refund the full Product amount you have paid, including the pre-order token — ₹4,999 for the current Innaide Lift Smart Shorts cycle. Innaide bears the return shipping cost, and because Innaide also bore the outbound shipping charge on your pre-order, no shipping charge is deducted from your refund.

8. How refunds are processed

Eligible refunds are processed within 7–15 business days of approval. Refunds are generally made to the original payment method, subject to the limitations of the payment provider.

Approval of a refund, processing of a refund by us, and crediting of funds to your account by your bank or payment provider are separate stages. We do not control, and cannot promise, the time your bank or payment provider takes to credit funds after we have processed a refund. Full details are set out in our Refund, Return & Replacement Policy.

9. If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order

If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order, we will inform you and you may choose either:

1. to wait for fulfilment; or
2. to receive a refund.

If you choose a refund, we will refund the full amount you have actually paid towards the pre-order, subject to applicable law.

10. Changes to the Product or the pre-order price

We will tell you if there is a material change to the specification of the pre-ordered Product or to the pre-order price applicable to your pre-order before you complete the balance payment. If you do not wish to proceed, you may cancel and receive a refund of the amounts you have actually paid.

11. Pre-orders are non-transferable

Pre-orders are personal to you and are non-transferable. You may not transfer, sell, assign or gift your pre-order to another person. A pre-order may only be fulfilled to the account holder who placed it, at the delivery address confirmed at the time of dispatch.

12. Eligibility, safety and intended use

The eligibility requirements in our Terms of Service apply to pre-orders. The Innaide Lift Smart Shorts are offered as a wellness product and are intended for use by adult women.

The Innaide Lift Smart Shorts use Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) to help users train their pelvic floor muscles.

Please read our Disclaimer, including the EMS safety information and contraindications, before placing a pre-order and before using the Product. Innaide provides usage instructions only and does not provide medical advice or personalised medical clearance.

13. How to contact us about a pre-order

All pre-order queries, cancellations, refund requests and complaints must be raised by email at info@innaide.com, our official customer support channel. Please include your order number, the name on the pre-order, your registered email address and a description of your request.

14. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these Pre-Order Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or limit any right or remedy available to you under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the rules made under it, or any other applicable Indian law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or limited. Where any provision of these Pre-Order Terms conflicts with such a right, that right prevails.

15. Changes to these Pre-Order Terms

We may update these Pre-Order Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on innaide.in and innaide.com and will be shared by email with users who have purchased a Product from us. Updated terms will not be applied to a user whose relevant order or pre-order has already been refunded. Nothing in this section operates to exclude any obligation imposed on us by applicable Indian law. Where a change would materially affect a pre-order you have already placed, Section 10 applies.

16. Grievance redressal

If a pre-order complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to our Grievance Officer.

We will acknowledge a complaint received by the Grievance Officer within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt and will endeavour to redress it within one (1) month from the date of receipt.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Pre-Order Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to Section 14 and to any mandatory statutory forum available to you as a consumer, the courts at Delhi shall have jurisdiction.
