No. Never. The Shorts work fully from the outside, through fabric electrodes. Fully external — nothing goes inside. Ever.
Skip EMS if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronics, are pregnant, or have an active pelvic infection. Under treatment for any pelvic condition? Check with your doctor first.
The Shorts work externally either way. After a C-section, wait until your incision has healed and your doctor gives the go-ahead.
Most women start after their 6-week postnatal check-up. Your doctor’s clearance comes first — especially within 6 weeks of delivery.
The product
A gentle, rhythmic tightening — like your muscles contracting on their own. You set the strength; sessions run about 20–30 minutes (final protocol TBD).
Yes — the Shorts are cut like regular bike shorts and sit flat under everyday clothing.
